Frequently asked questions about the change in the annual fee
Starting 1 November 2025, the annual fee of the Deutsche Bank Corporate Card will change. On this page you will find a list of frequently asked questions about this change.
I recently paid my annual fee. Do I have to pay it again in November 2025?
You pay the fee at a fixed time every year. That moment remains unchanged. For example, if you paid your fee on 1 March 2025, the next charge will be on 1 March 2026. You will see the new amount on your statement then.
Why is the annual fee changing?
We find it important that you can pay easily and safely with your credit card. We are available 24/7 if you need help. And we also work hard to prevent fraud and money laundering with credit cards. In recent years, the costs of these efforts have increased and part of this is reflected in the new fee. So, we can continue providing the service you have come to expect from us. This way, we ensure that your payments are and remain secure.
How can I cancel my credit card because of the new annual fee?
If we change our terms or rates, your company may always terminate the agreement free of charge before the change takes effect. In this case, that would be before 1 November 2025. After that date, you accept that the new rate will apply to both your current and new credit cards.
Only your company's authorised signatory may terminate the credit card agreement. You can use the form Termination of ICS Business Card(s) to do this. You can also use this form if you just want to cancel one or a few of your company's credit cards.
How can I cancel a credit card?
You can cancel your credit card via the form Termination of ICS Business Cards.
Cancellation is possible at any time with one month's notice. If you cancel halfway through the year, we will not refund the annual fee you have already paid.
How can I make a change to my credit cards?
On our customer service page, you can manage many changes related to your credit cards. For example, submitting a dispute if you do not agree with a transaction.
